3F Pricing - Simple and Economical

At 3F, our goal is to provide you with outstanding value. That's why our pricing is straightforward and economical.

In fact, we are unique in that we work on a straightforward, hourly basis. Our standard hourly rate is $50 per man-hour. (For first-time customers, we offer a discounted rate of $40 per man-hour.) That's it--it really is that simple. We don't even have a minimum number of hours!

Our rate is set to allow us to (1) pay our team members a fair wage, (2) cover the cost of insurance, workers compensation, vehicles and mileage stipend, and (3) offer perks, including vacation time and sick leave. You'll see the difference this makes when you meet our capable, hard-working team members.

We know that some customers are not comfortable with an hourly approach to pricing. After all, you won't know exactly what the project will wind up costing. But this approach means we don't have to add in more margin than is necessary... so everyone wins. (And based on what we hear from our customers, we final bill often comes in substantially below the quotes they received from other contractors.)
