We treat your house as though it were one of ours
Our team began by maintaining the Airbnb homes operated by 3F Day Rentals, LLC. Having maintaining twelve units in Syracuse, Manlius, Jamesville and Fayetteville for guests over the last three years, we have learned to do most things that are required in houses: remodeling, appliance installation and repairs, painting, plumbing, heating and AC, cleanup, junk removal, flooring, tiling, drywall, furniture assembly, cleaning and more. Over the course of this, we have learned to do good work, efficiently, in a way that will last. Now, we are offering our skills and approach to you, in your home. Our goal is to provide you with quality work at great prices. We want to be the team you trust to call first, whatever your residential handyman need!

Our team members are able to handle a wide variety of residential projects. If you have several things you need done in your home, list them up and we'll come take care of them!
Maybe you have a door that needs to be repaired. Do you also have some leaves that need to be removed? Maybe a room to be painted? We'll do it all, saving you money because you don't have to go to multiple companies, paying minimums to each.
Straightforward pricing
Our pricing is fair and transparent. Our regular hourly rate is $50 per man-hour. For new customers, we are offering $40 per man-hour. We can work hourly (combining projects of various sorts in one visit), or we can quote you a total price for each project. We work efficiently, in communication with you. Our goal is to offer you value that you'll tell your friends about!
