About Us

Our team began by maintaining the Airbnb homes operated by 3F Day Rentals, LLC. We've been maintaining twelve Airbnb rentals (mostly whole houses) in Syracuse, Manlius, Jamesville and Fayetteville, and we have earned the status of "Superhost". Out of this experience, we have learned to do most things that are required in houses, both inside and out. And our motivation is to do good work at a reasonable cost, and in a way that will last.

Now, we are offering our skills and approach to you, in your home. 

Our team members are able to handle a wide variety of residential projects. If you have several things you need done in your home, list them up and we'll come take care of them!

Maybe you have a door that needs to be repaired. Do you also have some leaves that need to be removed? Maybe a room to be painted? We'll do it all, saving you money because you don't have to go to multiple companies, paying minimums to each.

We regularly do: remodeling, flooring, tiling, appliance installation and repairs, painting, plumbing, heating and AC, landscaping, cleanup, junk removal, drywall, furniture assembly and more.

We service Syracuse and surrounding areas, including Fayetteville, Manlius, Liverpool, Jamesville, Camillus, DeWitt, East Syracuse and North Syracuse.
